Booking, Deposit and Delivery Slot:
When booking, please select Wednesday 31 Dec 2025. Delivery will be any time between 09:00-17:00 and we will confirm your delivery slot 24 hours before once the delivery routes have been planned.
We require £30 deposit when booking to secure the booking, a futher £100 by 1 Dec and balance payable online before delivery.

Delivery, Setup and Collection
- Setup and collection takes about 30 minutes (excluding extras), please include this in your planning.
- Access & space requirements – we require clear access of at least 70cm wide to carry our equipment. Please ensure there is sufficient space for our equipment. For indoor venue bookings check the height as this is the biggest issue with indoor bookings.

- We require £30 non-refundable booking fee payable when booking to secure booking, deducted from final balance.
