New Year Hot Tub Hire Dates:

Tue 30 Dec 2025 - Sun 4 Jan 2025 (5 nights)
Booking, Deposit and Delivery Slot:
When booking, please select Tuesday 30 Dec 2025. Delivery will be either Monday 29 Dec 2025 or Tuesday 30 Dec 2025 which will be confirmed via email on Saturday 27 December once all deliveries for NYE bookings have been planned.
We require £30 deposit when booking to secure the booking, a futher £100 by 1 Dec and balance payable online before delivery or cash on delivery.

Delivery & Setup
Delivery is between 8am - 6pm, please ensure you are available during these times for setup and collection. Your delivery slot depends on where you are on our delivery route and will be confirmed nearer to the time. Please ensure the area where the hot tub will be positioned is clean and access cleared. We will setup the Hot Tub and Gazebo, start filling with water, add the chemicals and take you through the daily operating procedures.
Water Filling & Heating
It takes about 3 hours to fill the hot tub with water, this may take longer depending on your water pressure. To speed up the heating process, we highly recommend adding hot water from your kitchen or bathroom tap - we will bring universal tap adapters to connect a water hose to indoor taps. Please note if only cold water is added it will take 24 - 48 hours to heat the water to optimum temperature. The more hot water added, the sooner you can use the hot tub.
Operating Procedures and Chemical Recording
To ensure the water remains clean and safe for everyone to use and to avoid damage to the equipment, you are required to follow the daily Operating Procedures. This includes cleaning the filter cartridge daily, testing & recording the chemical levels daily and completing the Collection Sign Off Sheet provided.
Collection
We need access to the hot tub, clean cold water and electricity. We use a submersible water pump with 15 meter hose to empty the water into a nearby drain (or garden if there’s no drain within reach). It takes about 30 minutes to empty the hot tub and about 1 hour to pack away.
Booking & Payment
Booking can me made online, by phone or Contact Us. We require £30 deposit to secure the booking and balance payable online nearer to the time.
