Job Overview

Reporting to: Business Owner

Contract type: April - September with possibility for extension.

Working Hours: Full time (30 - 40 hours per week dependant on events, must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays).

Salary range: £13 - £15 per hour

Location: High Wycombe (HP13), Bucks

Job Responsibilities:

🚚 Transporting equipment to event locations

🎪 Setting up and taking down a range of inflatables, soft play, party tents, games & more.

🔧 Conducting basic maintenance checks & cleaning of equipment

💬 Providing excellent customer service at event venues

Requirements:

🚗 Valid driver's license and clean driving record

💪 Ability to lift and move heavy objects

🗓️ Availability on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)

What’s a typical day in the life of a Event Delivery Specialist?

• Meet early in HP13 between 07:00-08:00 to load vans (times may vary dependent on events)
• Driving van to set up a range of event equipment including bouncy castles, soft play, party tents, cinemas, karaokes etc.
• Greeting customers on arrival, setting up equipment safety and briefing customers on how to enjoy the equipment safely.
• Once deliveries completed, there may be a break which may involve going home before colletions begin.
• Drive van to collect euipment, usually from about 4pm-8pm (may vary depending on event times).
• Offload euipment at storage units, clean equipment to maintain high healthy and safety standards.
• Completing a range of storage and warehouse duties.
