How to Book a Hot Tub

1) Book online and pay deposit

Please visit www.4fungroup.co.uk and make the booking online by selecting a hot tub with gazebo package for £219. Please note delivery and collection charge to Portway House is £30 so total is £249 including delivery. If you'd like any extras please include this in the notes section when booking.

We require £30 deposit to secure the booking and balance payable online nearer to the time before setup.

2) Booking confirmed with Portway House

Once booked and deposit paid you will receive a booking confirmation email and we will confirm the booking with Portway House and arrange a suitable date to setup. This is usually 1-2 days before you arrive to allow enough time for the water to heat so it's ready when you arrive.

3) Hot Tub Setup and Safety Checks

We will setup the hot tub, add water, chemicals and turn the heating function on so the hot tub is ready when you arrive. We want you to have as much fun as possible, so it’s crucial that you follow the daily operating procedures which includes cleaning the filter cartridge daily in the morning and at night and maintaining the chemical levels daily. To help you to remember what checks are required and for our health & safety records, please complete the checklist provided each day.
